As a Deli Clerk, you will help customers explore our selection of European cheeses, meats, and specialty foods while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, well-organized deli department.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, pays attention to detail, and is ready to contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.
You will
- Assist customers with product selection and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Slice, weigh, package, and label deli meats, cheeses, and other specialty products.
- Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked deli displays.
- Monitor product freshness, quality, and expiration dates.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Support daily deli operations and collaborate with team members.
You have
- English proficiency at A2 level or higher.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Previous deli, grocery, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
